For a one-time project, we do our best to provide an estimate up front. 50% is due in advance. We will provide a summary of hours upon completion of the project and at any point along the way upon request.
Retainer Plans: Hiring on a monthly retainer is a great way to guarantee support when you need it. Simplified value-based plans enable clients to budget funds and Effective Virtual Assistance to budget time.
Retainer fees are due by the first of every month in order for work to commence or continue. Select the plan that meets your needs. If you anticipate the need for more hours, make the request to increase to another plan as soon as possible.
Hours over the pre-paid plan will require pre-approval and be billed at $35/hour at the end of the month. The minimum retainer plan is $105/mos. The minimum billing increment is 15 minutes.
